Job Description :

Prior experience must include –
• Expertise as a RPA Developer Providing end to end robotics process automation solutions.
• Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment of bots using UiPath.
• Developing complex solutions using UiPath studio to support the team in completing various automation projects.
• Designed and Developed RPA Solutions to accelerate Business Processes.
• Good Knowledge on Operational Configuration of Ui Path, API, Databases and citrix.
• Good knowledge on creating process flows using Studio, Orchestrator in Ui Path.
• Expertise as an RPA Developer providing testing for robotics process automation solutions.
• Besides UiPath hands-on, experience on other RPA tools like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere etc. are value adds
• Experience in any of the programming/scripting languages like Python, VBA Macro, VB Script, Java, JS, .Net is a plus.
• Should be able to understand PDD and create SDD for RPA Projects.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework.

RPA Business Analyst (Blue Prism)
Job Description:

Prior experience must include –
• Partner with customer stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation.
• Analyze, understand and review existing business process documentation to ensure the complete process steps are documented.
• Participate in various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to define, design and configure automation solutions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of solution documentation (PDD, SDD etc).
• Help with the creation and documentation of test procedures and scenarios prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT.
• Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
• Support the RPA Lead and Technical Lead throughout the project and automation lifecycles
• Identify and communicate potential risks and issues to RPA Lead accordingly and provide actionable inputs.
• Support QA and audit activities as needed.

Preferred Skills
• Besides Blue Prism, experience on any other RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc. are value adds.
• Experience in Manufacturing and/or Automotive domain will be a plus.
• Preferred to have experience of handling a small team.

Vinod Bakhare  ( Co-founder and Director )

Vinod Bakhare is a Co-founder and Director of CyberMeru Technologies and is responsible for overall leadership, strategy and management of the company. He has 21+ years of experience in IT service industry and has successfully delivered in different progressive roles starting from Programmer in a small software firm to a Delivery Manager in a multinational company.

Before founding CyberMeru Technologies, Vinod was working in an Indian MNC KPIT Technologies Ltd. for more than 15 years. During this tenure, as a Consultant and then as a Lead, he contributed on multiple implementation, support and enhancement projects. As a Project Manager, He handled multiple projects for a large customer account from Manufacturing industry. As Sr. Project Manager, he was instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing different operational models for delivery which helped in significant improvement of productivity and profitability. He also designed frameworks for ‘productivity calculation’ and ‘objective performance evaluation’ which were accepted as an organizational asset. Multiple delivery processes designed by him helped streamline the complex operations and improved the service delivery levels. As a Delivery Manager, he led the AMS delivery of a multi-million dollar customer account from Oil & Gas industry, where he achieved significant delivery-led-growth for that account.

Apart from his Oracle EBS skills, Vinod’s management skills include People Management, Project/Program Management, Transition Management and Change Management. He is a strong believer that there should not be any dependency on individual person in the project or in the organization. Processes should be designed and implemented in such a way that any person should be able to handle the task by following the laid down processes. He follows Continuous Improvement approach in everything he does in his professional and personal life.

Vinod has received multiple awards in his career for his contribution to the projects and the organizations. However, the award which is closest to his heart is – ‘Innovator @ KPIT’ award, which he received at the hands of eminent scientist Padma Vibhushan Dr. Raghunath Mashelkar. This award was given to Vinod by the innovation council of KPIT Technologies Ltd as a recognition for his innovative ideas submitted time to time.

He has done his Bachelor’s in Commerce from Shivaji University, a Diploma in Information Systems Management and an Executive MBA from a premier B-School, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has done certifications in ITIL and Six Sigma as well.

Vinod loves Indian classical and Bollywood music, photography, reading books and likes to watch movies over the weekend. He stays in Pune with his wife Madhavi, who is a fashion designer, running her own fashion-boutique and son Atharva, who is pursuing his Bachelor’s in Statistics.

Mandatory skills:

Mandatory skills:

HR Professional with experience of 2-4 years in IT industry, who will run the daily functions of HR Generalist, which includes hiring, administering activities, benefits, and leave, enforcing company policies and practices etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare/update HR policies and procedures.
  • Talent Acquisition (Collaborate with recruitment vendor, post job advertisements on the career page/social media, process incoming resumes, and work on end-to-end IT recruitment process)
