  • Requirements, deliverables and the acceptance criteria are finalized
  • CyberMeru team estimates the efforts and timeline
  • Fixed-Price Commercials are agreed and formalized (SOW etc.)
  • Ad hoc assignment is delivered within the agreed timelines
